Shipping Cost.

We offer fast and reliable Free Shipping on every order. However, we also offer Tracked Shipping at a small charge of ₹60.00. For peace of mind and fast delivery please select Tracked shipping while checking out.

Dispatch Time.

Orders are dispatched on the same day; however, if the order is placed on a holiday then it is dispatched on the next working day.

Order Status.

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our site.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.

Delivery Time.

Most of our orders arrive within 3 - 5 business days. We provide money back guarantee that is we will re-ship or provide a refund if your order is not delivered within 7 business days from the date your order was shipped. However, we do not guarantee for the same in case of incomplete or incorrect address provided. Once the order is delivered to the provided address, the order is the receiver’s responsibility.

P.S: In case of incorrect or incomplete address, we would not be able to refund or reship the order.

We do advise our customers that at certain times of the year, like the holiday season or when there are extreme weather conditions, shipping times may be longer than usual.

In case, the original shipment arrives after we have reshipped your order, or refunded the order value, we request you to return the pack within a day or two. In case of failure of the return, you will be charged back the order value.
